This 100th episode is a special one. The roles are reversed as I sit in the guest seat and share my personal Lyme journey for the first time in this way.
After 13 years of searching for answers and $1 million spent on my healing, I open up about what I went through, who I was before Lyme, and how this journey transformed me into who I am today.
We talk about the challenges, the setbacks, the lost hope, and what ultimately led me to create Lyme and Beyond with Tanya and serve this community.
I hope this episode reminds you that you're not alone and that healing is possible.
BONUS: Be sure to stay until the end....We lighten things up by sharing some of our favorite "Lyme Brain" moments - because laughter really is medicine.
