EP 112: From OCD and Intrusive Thoughts to Lyme Disease. One Family's Journey to Answers and Healing

Lyme disease can present with symptoms far beyond joint pain and fatigue. In this episode, we discuss how OCD, intrusive thoughts, brain fog, and gastrointestinal issues ultimately led to a Lyme disease diagnosis for one family's daughter, setting her family on a journey to find answers, advocate for their health, and pursue healing.

In this week's episode, I'm joined by Liza Blas, Community Manager for Dr Rawls Vital Plan. Liza shares her family's Lyme disease journey, including how her search for answers for her children eventually led to the discovery that she was also living with Lyme disease, Bartonella, and tick borne relapsing fever. We discuss the challenges of navigating chronic illness, the importance of self advocacy, and the treatment approaches that helped her family recover, including Dr Rawls Restore 180 program, herbal support, nutrition, coaching, and community.
