EP 109: Lyme Disease, Breathwork, Somatic Inquiry & Nervous System Healing with Tracey Foster

In this episode, I am joined by Tracey Foster to share her deeply personal healing journey. Tracy is a licensed practical nurse, Integrative Health Practitioner and is trained in breathwork facilitation and somatic inquiry. Based in Vancouver, Canada, she now helps support others navigating stress, trauma, nervous system dysregulation, and chronic illness.

Tracey shares how she believed she was healthy and doing everything right, only to later experience major health struggles that completely shifted her life. Just as she felt she was finally beginning to rebuild and move forward, a traumatic car accident sent her spiraling once again.

Together, we discuss trauma, anxiety, chronic stress, pain, nervous system dysregulation, and the powerful connection between oral health and overall wellness. Tracey also shares how breathwork and somatic inquiry became some of the most impactful tools in her healing journey and helped her reconnect with her body in a completely different way.

We also talk about the Ionic foot bath and why Tracey personally experienced significant benefits from incorporating it into her wellness routine.
