Two Voices, One Mission: Navigating Lyme as a Patient and an Advocate

In this special collaborative episode, I'm joined by two powerful voices in the Lyme community, who are also dear friends of mine.  Anne is a fellow podcaster and a Lyme conqueror. Fred is also a fellow podcaster and a dedicated Lyme advocate.

Together, we have an honest and supportive conversaton about navigating Lyme disease from both sides of the journey.  Anne shares some of the most practical tips, tools and approaches that helped her along her own Lyme healing path.  Fred offers insight from the advocate perspective.  His experience was shaped by supporting and walking alongside someone he deeply cared about through the Lyme journey.

This is a heartfelt conversation focused on real-life support, compassion and understanding.  We talk about what can be helpful for those who are currently navigating Lyme disease.  We also discuss ways loved ones, supporters and caregivers can better show up.  This episode is for anyone who feels overwhelmed, unseen or unsure of where to turn.
